We believe having good health is a state of balance that one attains while living.  State of balance can be in the physical, mental and emotional form that forms symbiotic oscillations of ups and downs that keeps everything in a state of equilibrium.  However, this balance can be altered due to pressures and stresses of life in work, play and everyday living through habits, physical and emotional traumas that could compound like a building block when left unchecked and unguided.  The dangers of these imbalances are such that they could build up without symptoms and could affect the individual gradually as they age or create vulnerability to greater injuries with traumas.

We believe having an overall scope of the individual’s conditions in mind, body and emotional state could give more holistic approach in determining the individual’s needs in attaining the balance in health.  There is an important motto we follow, “mind over matter” as well as “matter affects mind” which exemplifies the fact our mind could influence the body (matter). However, the body that can be healthy or unhealthy could affect our state mind to be elated, full of passion or depressed, full of uncertainty (emotion).  These different states of health could affect the individual skin deep in which it might affect the subconscious state that determines the well-being of the individual setting up for unbreakable habits that could neurological develop for the better or worse.

Our physical body that encompasses musculoskeletal systems is a vehicle in which we rely on for daily activities and therefore proper balance and functions of this system will prevent unwanted stresses to our body and therefore keeping our mind positive and proactive.  When the mind is proactive and positive then it will affect the body in positive ways to do more therefore strengthening the musculoskeletal systems and keeping the emotion positive.  However when the body does not feel and function well then the mind becomes guarded and cautious leading to fear of re-injury which ultimately leads to deconditioning and weakness to the body.
