Virtual Workshop - Insomnia and Sleep Challenges During Stressful Times.

There are many reasons for sleep problems and mental stresses placed upon us could lead to further sleep deprivations. Sleeping allows us to recover and regenerate to meet oncoming challenges in our daily living and therefore learning self help tools to allow the body to be at rest would be beneficial to all. Learn about causes and triggers of sleep challenges as well as helpful Acupuncture pressure points and stretches to help relax the mind and body at rest. With combined clinical and martial arts experience of over 40 years, Dr. Michael Yoon and Dr. Wu will be hosting our fifth informative and effective virtual zoom workshop to help people during these stressful COVID-19 times.
